At Smart Computer School Management Software, we value our customers and aim to provide transparent and fair policies regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.
Our software operates on a subscription or license basis, as selected during purchase.
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
Once a subscription or license is activated, it is considered delivered and functional.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through their account dashboard (if available).
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing cycle.
Access to the system will remain active until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
If the software fails to work as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our technical team.
If duplicate payments were made due to a technical error.
If the customer reports a valid issue within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
Change of mind after activation.
Misunderstanding of software features.
Delay or negligence in providing required information for setup.
To request a refund, customers must email us at support@smartcomputer.com with their purchase details and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund status will be communicated via email.
If you choose to upgrade or modify your plan, the difference in cost (if applicable) will be adjusted accordingly.
Any upgrade will reset the subscription period based on the new plan’s terms.
